2) Analysis : Workout a layoutplan, Provide estimated cost of Project based on Scope of work, Second Discussionon proposal & estimate & completion of work.

3) Design : Physical measurement of site.Layout plan execution,Finalising layout plan,Detailed drawings,3D walkthrough if required.Working drawings issued to contract or for execution at site.
